Q: DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM ORDERS?
A: At this time, I am not offering custom orders, but that is something I will be offering in the future! Follow me on Instagram, TikTok, or sign up for my newsletter to stay in the loop!
Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
A: I typically do not accept returns or exchanges due to the made-to-order nature of my shop. However, I will refund you or replace the item if it is damaged in the mail or if the item is defective. Just email me at thepoppyprintco@gmail.com about any issues and I'll be happy to help!
Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
A: The Poppy Print Co is a one woman operation. Because of this, my shipping time is 1-5 business days. Please note: apparel products may take up to 3 weeks to ship due to the made-to-order process.
Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
A: At this time, I am only shipping to the U.S., but international shipping will be coming in the future!
